Check it out: Haunted Baseball

Unexplained happenings and supernatural sightings have always interested me, and often I'll find myself reading about the paranormal instead of working on a paper. As Yankee fans, we're all familiar with the Curse of the Bambino, and the stories of ghosts that possibly haunt various ballparks across the country.

Haunted Baeball
, by Dan Gordon and Mickey Bradley, has recently gone into its fourth printing, and has become quite popular with baseball fans, and Yankee fans especially. The authors interviewed more than 800 current and former major leaguers, (Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez, Johnny Damon and Jason Giambi all appear in the book) and discuss their views on the ghosts of Yankee stadium. The book also covers ghost stories from the Babe Ruth era of the Yankees

Apparently, Johnny Damon has been harassed by ghosts in his Orlando home, and Alex Rodriguez views the ghosts as "one of the greatest home field advantages in all of sports."

For more information, check out their website here, or you can order a copy of the book (its cheap) here. If you are into the paranormal, and baseball, I'm sure you'll enjoy this book.

I'll be picking this up! Sounds really interesting. It's like when "Unsolved Mysteries" was on TV. Scary as hell, but couldn't change the channel!

Yea, I'm looking forward to reading this. I'm really interested by the paranormal, I love the whole bigfoot/aliens/ufo/ghosts/unexplained type stuff.

This book is just a mixture of two things I love. And it'll taste better than peanut butter and pickles.
